How to prepared for your cleaning?
Please put away items that may inhibit us from cleaning certain areas, such as toys, dog toys, dishes on the countertop or in rooms, leftover food, and loose clothing. It's important to pick up any small items that could prohibit the vacuum from functioning
How do I pay?
Payment is due the same day the cleaning is completed. You can pay directly from the invoice sent via email. We do not accept cash. Please read the terms and conditions for late fees on our service page.
How do you determine pricing?
Our pricing is based on the square footage and condition of the home. The final step to completing a quote is to do a walk-through of the home. We do not estimate jobs by the hour or by the number of employees.

What is a Deep Clean?
A Deep Clean is the WOW factor! It's the most thorough cleaning offered. All surfaces in the home are wiped down, including baseboards, walls, ceiling/light fixtures, and inside and out of cabinets. We also clean interior window sills, and appliances are cleaned inside and out, the job is finished with vacuuming and mopping.
With a Deep Clean, you are getting more than a cleaning. We also disinfect your home. Regular house cleaning keeps your family safe. Cleaning all high touches surfaces and using products that are effective against COVID-19. A good way to determine if you need a Deep Clean is by looking at hidden spaces, like behind the toilet, blinds, and baseboards.

How do I get a quote?
No, you are not required to be home while we are cleaning. All appointment days and times are confirmed with clients beforehand. They receive a text 24hrs before with an estimated arrival time, and a message once the job is done.
